PawRealm provides an AI-powered pet portrait generation service and sells physical merchandise featuring your custom portraits, including canvases, mugs, sweatshirts, and tote bags.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
• You will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders include free standard shipping.
• Products are printed and fulfilled by our partner, Printify. Shipping times vary by product type and destination.
• Typical delivery times are 5–12 business days for domestic (US) orders and 10–20 business days for international orders. These are estimates and not guarantees.
• PawRealm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Because all products are custom-made with your AI-generated portrait, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
• Digital portrait previews are provided free of charge before purchase. Please review your portrait carefully before placing an order.
• For refund requests, please contact us via the chat widget on our website with your order details and photos of any issues.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the pet photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the images.
• AI-generated portraits are created for your personal use. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share your generated portraits.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the AI-generated portraits without our written consent.
• The PawRealm brand, logo, website design, and original content are the property of PawRealm and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that are illegal, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others
• Use our service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our systems or services
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

• Portraits are generated using artificial intelligence. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match specific expectations.
• We provide a free preview so you can review the result before purchasing.
• PawRealm does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from imperfections or artifacts.

8. Limitation of Liability

PawRealm provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawRealm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
